- You may request a return or exchange within 1 days from the date you received the written terms of the contract.
(If the product is delivered later than the date you received the contract, the 1 day period starts from the date you received the product or the date the service began.)
Cases Where Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted
- If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer
(However, opening the package for the purpose of checking the product is allowed.) - If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption
- If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult
- If the packaging of a product that can be duplicated (e.g., media, digital content, etc.) has been damaged
- If the product is manufactured individually upon order and cancellation may cause irreparable harm to the seller
(in such cases, prior consent from the customer is required) - If the provision of digital content has begun
(However, for divisible services or divisible digital content, cancellation is allowed for the portion that has not yet been provided.)
