Return & Refund Policy

At Truth of Beauty (TOB), we take great care to ensure every skincare product reaches you in perfect condition.
Since skincare items are personal-use products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:
- The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition
- The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery
- You provide clear photos showing the product’s condition and packaging
2. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds if:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery
- The request is made after 24 hours of receiving the order
- The product was damaged after delivery or not stored properly
- You dislike the texture, fragrance, or results of the product after use
- The issue arises from an incorrect address or unavailability during delivery (see Section 4)
These rules ensure the hygiene and authenticity of all TOB products you receive.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us at mkbglobalservices@ust.co with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer package and product
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.
4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable, the parcel will be returned to us.
In such cases:
- ₹50 will be deducted as shipping and handling fees
- The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 business days after we receive the returned parcel
5. Refund Timeline
- Once your return is verified and approved, refunds are processed within 7–15 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at mkbglobalservices@ust.co within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product/package
- Wait for our team to verify your request and confirm next steps
Our support team will respond within 2 business days.
7. Important Notes
- Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will only be initiated once we receive and verify the returned product.
