Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Truth of Beauty (TOB), operated by MKB Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
We want you to receive your skincare products quickly and safely. Please take a moment to read how our shipping and delivery process works.

 

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
  • Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping for all orders above ₹849.
  • For orders below ₹849, a ₹50 shipping fee will apply.
  • The final shipping cost (if any) will be visible at checkout before you confirm your order.

 

4. Payment Method

  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All orders must be prepaid using secure online payment options such as UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking details by email or SMS.
  • You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or via the link we provide.
  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.

 

6. Address Changes or Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of checkout.
  • Address changes after dispatch are not possible.

·         If the address provided is incorrect or if the courier cannot deliver the product due to unavailability, the parcel will be returned to us.

·         In such cases, ₹50 will be deducted as shipping and handling charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 15 business days after we receive the returned parcel.

 

7. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is sealed, unused, and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To request a return, email mkbglobalservices@ust.co within 24 hours with your order number and a clear photo of the product.
  • Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.

Please note:

  • Used, opened, or damaged products after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products damaged during delivery must be reported immediately with photos as proof.
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after verification.

 

8. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • International deliveries are not available at the moment.

 

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Sometimes, unexpected situations such as weather issues, courier delays, or regional restrictions can affect delivery timelines.
We’ll keep you informed and do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
